Our Community

Proudly supporting the Goldfields Community for over 15 years

Topdrill has proudly maintained its roots in the Goldfields, staying true to our commitment to community involvement. The yard might be bigger, but our unwavering commitment to supporting local businesses and engaging with community events, charities, and initiatives remains central to our identity and the core values we uphold.

We believe that by fostering community spirit and driving charitable efforts, we can make a meaningful impact.

Consequently, we actively seek opportunities to support community organisations that operate in and enhance our remote regional locations across Western Australia.

In the past four years, Topdrill has raised over $1,000,000 for RFDS and Full Circle Therapies. Proudly hosting the Resource Industry Charity Sundowner on the eve of Diggers and Dealers in Kalgoorlie.

As a company that primarily conducts business in the most remote locations within Western Australia we understand more than most the need for a service like the RFDS. As such, we are focused on annually raising funds for our charity partner.

Annually, Topdrill rallies the Resource Industry just prior to Diggers and Dealers to raise much needed funds for the RFDS. Topdrill proudly hosts this event at their Kalgoorlie location, inviting members of the resource industry to come together for our goal.

Topdrill partners with the Clontarf Foundation

The Clontarf Foundation has been making a significant impact on the lives of young indigenous men across Australia since 2000, and watching their success in empowering and supporting and shaping their lives in our community is inspirational.  Topdrill is proud to partner with the Clontarf Foundation to support the delivery of their programs but also assist in traineeships and work ready opportunities.

The Clontarf model is holistic and aims to address a range of the root causes of social and economic disadvantage.  The programme promotes social connectedness, healthy lifestyles and physical and mental health, whilst supporting improved attendance and retention at school, and therefore affords students multiple benefits beyond the educational advantages of school attendance.
